Karyl Lynn Mohr was born in Flint, Michigan on August 8th 1956, to Harold and Bernice Mohr. She passed away on July 19th 2015.
Michie and Karyl were introduced at Michie's father's home on the Fourth of July 1989, in Beaverton, Michigan. In 1991 they were married in Fort Myers, Florida before eventually settling down in Licking, Missouri. Karyl was a loving wife, step-mother, and lover of all things. A few of her loves included cooking, flowers, camping, holiday gatherings, but especially her family. She saw the best in people when sometimes they couldn't see it in themselves. She had the biggest heart. Karyl was employed by Country Mart in Licking until later taking a job with the local school system, Licking Elementry. She remained a custodian there for many years before leaving. Then she retired on disability.
She is survived by her husband Michie Joe Queen, brothers; Dan, Lon, and Skip Mohr of Michigan, and daughters; Michelle Ann Queen Whitaker(Missouri) , Deborah Ann Queen Williams(Georgia) , and Jaime Sue Queen(Arkansas); a total of 8 grandchildren; Edward Lee Isom Jr. (Arkansas), Mickie Dean Patrick Whitaker (St. James), Aaron Niles Queen Mohr, Ethan Mohr, Chloe Mohr, and Carly Mohr(Arkansas), Madison Pamela-Queen Williams and Mohrgan Julia Williams of Georgia; Karyl is also survived by 3 great-grand children; Layton Wyatt Isom, Edward Lee Isom III, and Brionna Elisabeth Isom of Arkansas, nieces include Leslie Mohr, Shelby Mohr, Trisha Mohr, Belinda Mohr, Melissa Mohr, Christy Mohr, Dawn Subora, Amy Larson(deceased) and nephews Justin Mohr, Brad Swihart, Mike Mohr, Heath Mohr, Tom Mohr, Damien Subora, and Matt Larson.
Karyl was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Bernice Mohr; and sister Rita Mohr,
