Caroline Marie Dunham (Walsh) was born April 21, 1938 in St. Louis, MO to John and Virginia “Peggy” (Kennedy) Walsh.
Carol dedicated many years of service as the City Alderman of Edgar Springs. She also worked as a respiratory therapist and dedicated her time with the VFW Auxiliary in Rolla, MO.
Carol enjoyed quilting, ceramics, baking, Friday card nights, and yard sales.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Gerald Dunham; sister, Peggy Sosa; four brothers, Harry Bahr, Jimmy Bahr, Ed Walsh, and John Walsh; as well as step-son, Jerry Dunham.
She is survived by daughter, Brenda Pelfrey (Pete); sons, John Henry Newman (Tammy), and Sam Newman (Cheryl); step-daughter, Karen Lopez; grandkids, Callie Cahill (Ty), Austin Duncan and significant other, Savannah Brinkley, Casey Parker, (Zac), Samuel Newman, Courtney Williams (Trevor), Shay Pelfrey, Sheryl Verret, Steven Pelfrey (Tammy), Charles Frazier, Rocelia Iniquez (Humberto), Eric Lambert and fiancé Shelby, Brandy Dunham, and James Dunham; and a number of great-grandkids, nieces, nephews, and friends, as well as her “Partner in Crime”, Teresa Heavin.
Carol will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
