Barbara Anne Henry, age 83, passed away April 8, 2024 in Houston, MO. Born September 29, 1940 in St. Joseph, MO to William “Bud” and Velma Burns.

Barbara is preceded in death by her parents; and ex-husband, Leonard Thomas Bowlin Sr.

Barbara is survived by her husband, Darryle Lee Henry; two sons, Tom Bowlin and Tim Bowlin; stepdaughter, Lisa Henry; sister, Karen Burns; and brother, Mike Burns; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Barbara was known for her sewing, quilt making, and baking. She also enjoyed flea markets, yard sales, farmer’s markets, gardening, and loving on her dogs. She was a proud wife of a Vietnam veteran and loved spending time and taking care of her husband.

A visitation for Barbara will take place Monday, April 15, 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Fox Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM on Monday at Fox Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery-Fort Leonard Wood in Waynesville.
