Back when we were new to Licking and the Methodist Church, Margaret and Ed were the first people to invite my family and me out for dinner after Sunday services. We went to The Coffee Pot to eat and then to their house to hang out and get acquainted. It was a simple gesture of friendliness and kindness but one worth remembering.
