Obituary of Tracie Lynn Pugh
Please share a memory of Tracie to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Tracie Lynn Cornell Pugh, 47, passed away on June 20, 2020. She was born in Oklahoma City on November 30, 1972.
Tracie was preceded in death by her husband, James Pugh, and her mother, Margaret Wright. She is survived by her children, Tyler Pugh of Rolla, Mo., Victoria (Daryl) Stinson, Dalton Pugh, Alexandria (Melvin) Broadus and Cherokee Pugh all of Licking, Mo.; brothers Tim (Tisha) Shannon of Norman Ok. and Matthew (Tonya) Wright of Bay City Mi.; granddaughters Karina Pugh and Catalina Pugh of Licking, Mo.; and many other cousins and extended family.
Tracie worked as a CNA in her younger years and more recently as a rural carrier for USPS, where she was loved and appreciated by her customers. She loved cooking, baking, and gardening. Tracie spent most of her time caring for her children, husband, and everyone around her. Although she will be missed dearly, we know she is both comforted in the arms of our Heavenly Father and excited to be reunited with her husband, James, and her mother, Margaret. Tracie was strong in her faith and never met a stranger. She was happy and content leading her life, her way. She didn’t march to her own beat, she danced to it. Those that knew her, loved her.
