Obituary of Diane Sophie Stamer

Diane Sophie Stamer, 72, of Licking passed away October 8, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield.  Diane was born July 24, 1946 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Gustave Herman and Sophie (Bosshart) Stamer.  

Diane married William Albert Collinni and had one son, William “Bill” Albert Stamer.

She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.  Diane moved to Licking in September from Elgin, Illinois to be closer to her son.

Diane is survived by her son, Bill of Licking; grandchildren, Kaylee Gerth, Anthony Gerth, and Kristopher Gerth; and brother, Rich Stamer of New Jersey.  She is preceded in death by her husband, parents, and brother, Ron Stamer.

A memorial service for Diane will be held on Sunday, January 6, 2018 at 12:30 PMat the Licking United Methodist Church, 208 S. Main St., Licking, MO.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Fox Funeral Home in memory of Diane.  Cremation arrangements entrusted to Fox Funeral Home.  Online condolences may be left at www.foxfh.net.
