Sorry to hear of Alta passing. I remember her and Alma from my school days. The girl's mother Lillie was my teacher at the old Roseberry school. We enjoyed school and had a lot of fun. I am glad this obituary got all the way to Peoria IL for me to see it on Facebook.

In the mid 1980's, I worked with Alta at Rawlings Sporting Goods. She was always friendly and ready with a smile. She helped to make my time at Rawlings be filled with good memories.
