Susan Kay Schondel was born January 24, 1957 At Ft. Sill Army Hospital in Oklahoma to Charles and Beverly Blankenship. She passed away March 10, 2016 in Licking, Missouri.
Susan is survived by her two children, Alisha Eastep and Adriana Blankenship; six grandchildren; her mother, Beverly; her sisters, Nancy and Donna; her brothers, Chuck and Jeff.
She is preceded in death by her father and a brother, Alan.
She dedicated her life to being a medical transcriptionist at Texas County Memorial Hospital for nineteen years. She was always a hard worker and met a lot of great people along the way.
She also dedicated her life as a single mother to her two children. She always did whatever she could to make sure her kids had a better life and were happy. She was such a good caring person with a big heart. It gave her great joy to spend time with her grandchildren. She also really enjoyed caring for her birds and took great pride in her gardening skills. She will be dearly missed, but we will never forget her wise words and her encouragement, kindness and most importantly her love.
