Obituary of Danny Hebblethwaite

Please share a memory of Danny to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.
Danny Keith Hebblethwaite, 66, son of Roy and Eula (Sawyer) Hebblethwaite, was born on November 6, 1947, in Salem, MO. He departed this life on October 30, 2014. Danny attended Licking High School graduating with the class of 1965. He served in the Army before becoming disabled. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Erma King and Norma Day, and brother Vern. Danny is survived by his loving son, Doug and his wife Connie; granddaughter Laken; grandsons Brady and Devin; brothers Bernie & Janet and Jerry & Bonnie; nephew (who was like a brother and best friend) Dennis King; sister-in-law Stella along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Danny loved cars-fast, shiny cars. Over the years, he owned 17 Super Sports. He passed that love of cars to his son. They were always on the lookout for the next great deal. Recently, Danny and Doug restored a classic Camaro. Danny was a fun seeker-enjoying 4-wheelers, poker, and Nascar. Many races were watched in the garage and he was usually happy as long as Gordon didn't end up in the winner's circle. The love of his life came in the form of his granddaughter, Laken. He never missed a holiday showering her with cards and gifts. Danny was especially proud when he helped Laken get her first car. While his time on Earth was too short, we take comfort in knowing his suffering is over. He will be deeply missed
