Matt was born February 18, 1958 to Elmer and Ruth Kurbursky of Indianapolis, Indiana. He departed this life at his home on March 22,2014. He entered the U.S. Marine Corps after high school.He married Juanita (Vernon) Eledge December 22, 1979. Matt had 3 goals growing up for his life: the first to be a Marine, the second to be a Police Officer, these he proudly did, the third was to be a teacher. This one he never fulfilled but was working towards. Matt and Juanita’s life was blessed with children and grandchildren. They are Darlene (Kurbursky) Rose,she has 3 children, Douglas, Kiara and AriAnna; Bob Stagner and his wife Tiffany with their son Draegan. Danielle Chambers has 4 beautiful children, Shawna, Lucas, Mattison and Sophia. KC was especially chosen to be in the family and we joyfully chose Damian and Jazmine also.Matthew was 56 years old. He was a true gentleman at heart and a loving husband and father who will be greatly missed.
