Obituary of Pamela Creech

Pamela Chris Creech Pam Creech, 59, of Licking, MO passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Cancer Treatment Center of America, Tulsa, OK. She was born on December 5, 1954. She was the daughter of the late Chris Hassell and Fern (Mayberry) Hassell. Pam worked at General Leonard Wood Army Hospital for 35 years before retiring in 2009. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking for everyone, gardening, spending time in the summer sun and antiquing. As a breast cancer survivor, she was an avid supporter of the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Relay for Life, spending many hours fundraising with her G-Ma Pam's Rack Pack team. On October 6, 1995, Pam was united in marriage to Michael Creech. Pam and Mike enjoyed 18 years of marriage. They enjoyed spending time with their combined families. She was preceded in death by her dad. She is survived by her husband, Mike; son, Ryan Smith and daughter :'I1-law, Ginger; Kassi Ramsey and son-in-law, JJ; sons, Matt Creech and daughter-in-law, Jen; Mason Creech and daughter-in-law, Corie; her mother, Fern Hassell; grandchildren; Chelsea, Courtney, Brayden, Jaylynn, Laney, Kailyn, Abagail, Charles, Hayden, Danika, Bennett and a granddaughter due in June; also sisters; Audrey Friend and husband J.L., Irene Lingo and husband Jim; brothers; Wayne Kimrey and wife Myrna, and Gary Hassell; also numerous brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her immediate family, Pam is survived by a special group of friends; whom she considered to be part of her family. Pam had a love for Christ as well as others. She was baptized in 1988 and rededicated her life in 2013. Because of her concern for others, she donated her body for science research.
