Obituary of Betty Turner

Betty June Turner was born April 12,1923 in Raymond, California and passed away January 2nd,2014 at her home in Salem,MO.
She married W.C. Turner on June 21, 1944 and to this union two sons were born.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her son W.C. Turner III.
She is survived by her son Gary Douglas Turner of the home; 5 grandchildren Kimberly McDonald, W.C. Turner IV and Matt Turner all of Las Vegas,NV; Shannon Perez of Madera,CA and Melissa Woodruff of West Plains,MO, 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild also a special daughter-in-law Emily who came from Las Vegas to help Betty in her last days.
Betty and son Gary moved to Caufield,Mo in 2003 and started raising Angus cows and having a hay business. Betty loved the farm and was mowing hay with her son in July 2013.
Betty and Gary attended Revival Tabernacle in Salem,MO.
Betty loved those special weekly dinners with the “crazy 8’s”.
A special service will be held at Revival Tabernacle on January 18,2014 at 2:00 P.M.
