JoAnn Stewart passed away December 18, 2013 at her home in Salem, Missouri at the age of 71 years. JoAnn was born October 5, 1942 to Virgil and Gladys (Wilson) Pruett in Blooming Rose, Missouri.
She is survived by her three children, Bobbi Pridemore and her husband Joe of Salem; Don Stewart and wife Paula of Wentzville, Missouri and Michael Stewart and wife Ashley of Salem, Missouri; her father, Virgil Pruett of Salem; a brother Bill Pruett and his wife Mary of Salem; and sisters Janice Pruett of Salem and Vicky McDonald and husband Dave of Springfield; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Robert (Bob) Stewart, daughter, Kem Ann Barbera; granddaughter, Lora Jo Barbera; her mother, Gladys Pruett; two brothers, Jr. and Don Pruett and her sister, Charlotte Parks.
Bob and JoAnn were married December 16, 1961 and raised their children in the St. Louis area and moved to Salem area in 1995.
JoAnn will be sadly missed by her family & friends.
