Lloyd Laymon Dixon of Licking Mo. was born on March 18, 1928 and died on
August 24, 2014. He was a loving husband and father of four children, ten
grandchildren, and several great- grandchildren.
Laymon was a veteran of the Korean War and a member of the V. F. W.
He was a retired insulator of Local 37 and at 86 years old he was one of the oldest
insulators of Local 37.
He loved his garden, maintaining a beautiful yard, and watching his great-
grandchildren.
Laymon is survived by his wife Martha Dixon of Licking Mo., son, David Dixon
of Nashville Tenn. Son, Steve Dixon of Paducah Ky. and daughter Kay Wofford of
Rolla Mo. A daughter, Jennifer Dixon of Licking Mo. preceded him in death.
He will be deeply missed. Laymon may you rest in peace.
