Obituary of Emmons A. Pritchard

Emmons “Bud” Pritchard, 89, died July 27, 2013. He was born November 26,1923, in Black Creek, New York to Lorenzo D. and Jennie G. (Smith) Pritchard, who preceded him in death. On July 25, 1946 he married Laura E. Pritchard who preceded him in death. Emmons was a World War II veteran in the Army. For most of his life he was a farmer. He loved his animals. He was a hard working father and a loving grandpa. He was a member of St. John Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his daughter Terry D. Pritchard, a son John J. Pritchard, one sister Doris Burdic and five brothers Edward, Chester, Fremont Elmer, Lorenzo Jr. and Leon Pritchard. Survivors include two sons: Donald C. Pritchard and wife Linda of Licking , Robert Pritchard of Arkansas; three daughters: Rose Marie Woods of Bluffton, Ohio, Sandra L. Fredenburg of Alton, MO, Diane L. Jackson of Licking, 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, one sister Gladys (Bob) Prochaska of Sun Lakes, Arizona.
