Charles “Leroy” Jarvis, age 84, passed away October 23, 2025 in St. James, Missouri. Born April 25, 1941 in Belle, Missouri.
Leroy is preceded in death by his parents, Boyd and Lillian Jarvis; one daughter, Denise Lamke; and siblings, Alice Freeman and Jesse Jarvis.
He is survived by his companion, Sharon Gray; children, Danny and wife Barbara Jarvis, and Scott and wife Pam Jarvis; ten grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
Leroy had a love for music and played guitar and the dobro in his band, “The Missouri Po’ Boys”. He would host jam sessions with his band at his home up until Covid. He also enjoyed woodworking, making furniture and remodeling homes.
Leroy also proudly hosted the Edgar Springs Flea Market every 3rd Saturday from Spring to Fall at his home. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
A graveside memorial service for Leroy will take place at a later date.
