Denise Anna Lee, age 69, passed away May 19, 2025 in Licking, Missouri surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 12, 1955 in St. Louis, Missouri to Jerry and Virginia Bernice Belcher.

Denise married Michael Wayne Lee on February 1, 1975. She was a homemaker and a loving mother. Denise enjoyed cooking, baking, canning, Nintendo, and making her baby dolls. Denise will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Mike Lee; parents, Jerry and Virginia Belcher; and siblings; Barbara, Bill, Glen, Carolyn, Mikey, and Steven.

Denise is survived by her children, Amanda and Jonathan Vandgrifft, Anthony and Alex Lee, Jessica and Josh Sonsoucie, and Marsha Osborne; siblings, Betty, Tammy, Gregory, Diane, Cookie, and Toot; grandchildren, Kendra and Drew, Memphis and Kiley, Mandi and Layton, Hannah, Dom, Tyler, Amaya, Amber, Illa, Noah, Wyatt, Deszeray, Bubby, Destiny, Aaliyah. Riley, River, Eva, Bailey, Olivia and Deliliah, and great-grandchildren, Harper, Jackson, Aunna, Grayson, and Kensley.

A visitation for Denise will take place Sunday, May 25, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Fox Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held Monday, May 26, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Fox Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Wentzel Cemetery in Vichy, MO. A dinner will follow at High Gate Baptist Church, 24175 County Road 450, St. James, MO 65559. Arrangements are entrusted to Fox Funeral Home.
