Obituary of Joseph Paul DeVincenzo

Joseph Paul DeVincenzo, son of the late Thomas and Diana (Fici) DeVincenzo was born July 29, 1927 in Boston, Massachusetts. He was united in marriage to Angelina P. Leone on November 26, 1950 and they spent 60 wonderful years together. They were blessed with five children from this union. He proudly served his country during WWII in the 13th Army/Airforce, United States Air Force Corps. After his discharge from the military he was a police officer and also worked in private security. He and his wife moved to Licking in 2005 where he resided until his health declined he moved to MO Veteran's Home in St. James, MO where he resided until his passing on December 9, 2015. He enjoyed going to Harrah's, traveling, Italian food, holidays with his family and he just really enjoyed life in general. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son Thomas DeVincenzo; two brothers Philip DeVincent and John DeVincenzo. He is survived by his children: Diane DeVincenzo of San Diego, CA, JoAnne Moulton of St. James,MO, Paul DeVincenzo of San Diego,CA and Patricia Theall of Grafton,N.H.; 17 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great- grandchildren, also numerous other relatives and friends. He will be greatly missed.
